Responsible for company key Engineering database set up, completion, maintenance and accuracy: Engineering BOM, Part number system, ECO, product catalog, specifications, 2D, 3D prints and models, DFMEA, DVP&R, customer specification tenders, etc.

Support PM to provide customer design concept and related information. Participate program review meeting with customer;

Technical support for other departments , ensure commitments, customer oriented，ensure project schedule through effectively set up work priority and balance the work load among design engineers

Guide and facilitate design engineer to lead design review meeting and DFMEA workshop;

Work closely with Global Design Team and mentor to share best practice and lessons learnt to daily design work. Share resource and working load;

Provide guidance to design work and review all the principal outputs of design engineers  include Pro/E CAD models, detailed assembly and component drawings ( in Pro/E), bill of materials and other specifications as required for manufacturability before submit to Global design team for approval;

Set up, maintain and improve Product Design team work standard, procedure and process to ensure the compliance to TS 16949 quality system, company document control, design standard and information security requirements;

Lead the Design Engineers clarify and understand customer’s requirements and further optimize the design based on DFMEA, Lessons learnt, CFD, FEA anaylyisis

Responsible for set up, maintain and update related Quality System’s procedure and working instruction and ensure compliance

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree above , engineering background;
2. Fluent in English both on Speaking and writing.
3. 5 years product design experience on stamping and injection molding, at least 2 years technical management experience and excellent manage skill.
4. Be accomplished in 3D design and familiar design software (Pro/ENGINEER);
5. Experience on Automobile Industry is preferred.

       Experience on Project Management is preferred.
