Job responsibility:

Lead and direct Production department, to ensure production meet the requirements of the company’s short-term and long-term goal; continuously improve lean manufacturing align with regulations on safety, environment, quality and etc.

1. Develop, improve and implement manufacturing strategy
2. Deploy and control production manpower budget based on sales forecast and projects
3. Supervise, control production cost, leverage production resources at most efficiency
4. Oversee overall production to keep up with the project schedule and ensure on time products delivery
5. keep promoting lean manufacturing, continuously improve productivity and quality to meet company targets
6. Coordinate with workshops and collaborate with other departments for smooth communication and operation
7. Team performance management and development
8. Provide productions reports for company operation review
9. Other duties designated by upper management

Requirements:

1. BS degree, Mechanical engineering or related major, MBA preferred
2. At least 10 years’ production experience in multi-national company or joint venture in heavy

machinery industry, with over 5 years’ overall production management experience with strong technical background.

1. Fully understand manufacturing process of the products like crane, ship loader, stacker.
2. Demonstrate profound professional skill in manufacturing process improvement,

manpower planning, production planning and lean manufacturing.
