--Responsible to set & meet SMT engineering goals & make recommendation & implementation
--Drive to continuous improve quality, performance, productivity & profitable in SMT Engineering
--Drive to improve SMT equipment utilization & cycle time goals
--Make sure effective PM system implemented
--Drive on engineering improvement projects, both for engineering scope & depth
--Good corporation with manufacturing
--Staffing & performance management;work as a team leader or member in DMAIC project.

Requirement:

--University Graduate or Relevant Experience.

--At least 8 years SMT process Engineering experience and 3 years working as a team leader position.

--Strong shop floor management & leadership skill
--Experiences with statistics, optimization, and high speed processes
--Strong experience with Lean or Six Sigma
